This package offers our full wedding planning plus tasks normally taken on by friends and family, leaving yourselves and your loved ones free to simply enjoy this precious time in your life. The only place you won’t find us is in the wedding!

Services Included:

• • Everything But the Bridesmaid: Your planner will handle bridesmaids duties during the wedding planning process! Your planner will coordinate up to 3 additional wedding events including rehearsal dinner, welcome party, thank you breakfast, bridal shower, engagement party, bachelor/bachelorette party. Additionally if you need someone by your side your bridal gown appointment, hair and make-up trial, putting together wedding favors, etc, your planner will accompany you!
  • Budget Planning: Establish a budget for your entire wedding and a sub-budget for each element of your wedding. Your planner will guide you in staying within budget and provide options in your price range.
  • Event Design: Design your decor and wedding theme with the help of your planner. Decide on the aesthetic of your wedding and get guidance on vendors to work with.
  • Vendor Management: Your planner will assist in finding vendors for your wedding that will leave you satisfied on your wedding day and handling the logistics, with the exception of payments and contract signing.
  • Mail Correspondence: Your planner will guide you through designing invitations and save the dates, and will mail the cards on your behalf (Cost of printing and postage not included).
  • Website Creation: Your planner will work with you to learn the specific information your wedding guests will need, then create a well optimized website for their reference.
  • Guest List Management: Your planner will manage RSVPs to track your finalized guest count and list.
  • Timeline Creation: Your planner will work with you to create a schedule for the events of your wedding day. This will include the start of your ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, dinner, dances, bouquet/garter toss, and toasts/speeches.
  • Seating Chart Creation: Your planner will guide you through finalizing your guest list and creating your seating chart. Your coordinator will assist with challenges such as avoiding conflicts and utilizing space.
  • Decor Prep: Your coordinator will assist with preparing centerpieces, row markers, and other wedding decor, ensuring decor is ready for wedding day.
  • Logistics Review Appointment: Meet with your planner before the wedding to discuss finalized details of the wedding including other vendor information, decor, and timeline.
  • Venue Walk-Through: Tour the wedding venue with your planner to confirm your vision for the wedding and reception.
  • Ceremony Site Set-Up: Set up of the ceremony site decor.
  • Reception Site Set-Up: Set up of reception hall and cocktail hour area.
  • Bridal Party Management: Your planner will ensure boutonnieres are pinned, corsages are worn and everyone is in place for the ceremony to begin. 
  • Ceremony Management: Your planner will ensure everyone is walking down the aisle on time and the ceremony will go as envisioned. Rehearsal coordination not included.
  • Timeline & Vendor Management: Your planner will ensure all vendors are following the timeline of your event.
  • Event Breakdown: Complete breakdown of decor for event. Someone in your party must collect decor, gifts, etc. the night of your party.
  • Honeymoon Coordination: Your planner will assist you in having your honeymoon logistics taken care of including transportation, lodging, and itinerary.
  • Regular Planning Appointments: Meet with your planner on a regular basis to keep on track for wedding planning timelines.
  • Unlimited Email & Text: Unlimited communication with your planner the entire time you are planning your wedding.
