The difference between a venue coordinator and a wedding planner is the coordinator works for the venue, while we work for you! It’s important to gain a full understanding of what all your venue will provide with their coordinating services. Some will only set up what belongs to the venue (tables, chairs, electricity, etc.) while others will decorate but may not manage your other vendors. Once you know what your venue provides, you’ll have a better understanding of which package of ours will work best for you!

Be sure to reach out to us for a free consultation so that we can talk about your needs and how we can best make your special day a reality. If you’re still unsure of how much of the planning you’d like us to assist with, we do offer planning consulting on an hourly rate. That payment can also go towards partial planning or full planning packages!

A $500 deposit is due upon the time of contract in order to secure your wedding date. Once the contract and deposit are complete, a separate invoice will be issued to you for the remainder of the wedding planning package. You are able to create a custom payment plan to pay the remainder. Your package must be paid in full before your wedding date.

We don’t offer “day-of” coordination because it doesn’t allow sufficient time to fully understand and execute your wedding vision. Instead, we provide month-of coordination to ensure we have ample time to familiarize ourselves with every detail, address any potential issues, and deliver a seamless and stress-free experience on your big day.

Planners and coordinators offer different services in their packages. Additionally, newer planners will offer introductory rates to gain experience. With our prices, you are getting quality service with over a decade of experience. We know how to avoid hurdles ahead of time and know how to keep the show going with ease.
